In case delays happen, force majeure, natural disasters, and there wasn't proper prior notice from the operator, 12Go shall not be liable for this as it isn't under the control of 12Go. Refunds for such cases can be requested only in person at the station. 12Go will not refund such tickets or any fees for providing the service at our expense.
12Go will neither cover any loss and expenses incurred in connection with it nor refund the ticket price.
