Quick and comfortable trip. People working at the pier super nice, helping when I told I hadn’t received the e-ticket (I bought my ticket with only 1 hour advance). The boat seats were pretty dirty though.

i booked one hour before the pickup, was immediately contacted in whatsapp to confirm the pickup in 40min, they even called the hotel to confirm i am aware of the pickup soon, very responsive, very clear, pickup was on time, air conditioned. only annoying thing is they bring you to the pier 40min ahead of departure so need to wait a long time
