Not at all what what’s expected. Very disappointing. The bus was not from Sapa Discovery Travel But from another line called Sao Viêt. Vehicle was very old, uncomfortable and not clean inside. The driving was okay, but it was however impossible to get some sleep because of a very noisy engine and out of age shock absorbers. And the worse is that 12GO did overbooking, selling us the two tickets though the bus was already full. Completely unacceptable from 12Go!!’
