It was raining very bad on my arrival at the bus station but I was greeted by the driver and station staff with an umbrella, they then proceeded to help me load my luggage into the bus 🚌 Many Thanks My main request would be for new state of the art smart buses, more comfortability, access to the internet, WiFi, usb ports, etc. The ability to purchase and or exchange tickets at the bus station office while it is open before boarding and departure.

I don't know why I still have to get in line at the ticket booth to grab the actual ticket as I had already purchased it online. I had to wait in line for over 15 minutes - It was very annoying!

Our trip from suvarnabhumi to pattaya was fine. But the payment/fee ftom the bus station ( pattaya) to our drop off place/ hotel was too expensive. It was the same payment from the airport to pattaya trip.. the hell! 😩
