It went from a different harbour and they took us there in a 30 minute taxi and then we had to wait another 40 minutes to get on the ferry.
The scheduled arrival time was 12:30 and we didn’t get till Lombok till after 13:30

Did book a direct connection from Nusa Penida to Lombok.
On Board the staff says there is no direct connection so we did Stop at 2 Gilli Islands. Not 1,5h but 3 hours.

Everything was great, the ship left on time and was not too crowded so it was comfortable. The only downside was that we didn't know it made two stops before arriving in Lombok which annoyed me at first because it doesn't indicate stops here. Otherwise I recommend it

Todo genial, el barco salió a tiempo y no estaba muy lleno por lo que fue cómodo. El único inconveniente fue que no sabíamos que hacía dos paradas antes de llegar a Lombok lo cual me molesto al principio porque aquí no indica que se hagan paradas. Por lo demás lo recomiendo

The Maruti port was organised and staff very helpful. We even got briefed information around the journey on departure and arrived in Lombok half an hour earlier than the pre booked time. Staff were attentive and gave out anti sickness pills and free water. No air con but plenty of air flowing through the boat and you could go up to the top deck if you wished.

I don't think it was technically late, but the schedule on 12go was different to what they told me when I arrived at the pier. It was due to go at 9.55 but when I arrived I asked if it was running on time and they told me, yes it's running on time so they will be leaving at 10.40... Otherwise it was very well organised and the departure and arrival times they gave me when I was at the counter at harbour were accurate.

It wasn’t clear where were the checking point and the boarding point, so we almost loose the boat. When we boarded, we waited on the boat 1 hour and we arrived 2 hour later than expected. The trip was ok.
