More than 20,865 calls were collected in January by the 1197 hotline, which was organized on the initiative of Bangkok’s Traffic Control Center. The drivers reported the most congested roads of Bangkok.

More than 20,865 calls were collected in January by the 1197 hotline, which was organized on the initiative of Bangkok’s Traffic Control Center. The drivers reported the most congested roads so staff were able to identify the top 10 roads with the worst traffic. There are:

    1. North Sathon

    2. Rama IV

    3. Kaset-Nawamin

    4. Narathiwat Ratchanakarin

    5. Lat Prao

    6. South Sathon

    7. Charoen Rat

    8. Kallaprapruk

    9. Krungthonburi

    10. Rama III
