Dozens of flights are canceled while Vietnam is covered with fog

Heavy fog covered the sky above Vietnam, it became a reason to cancel 56 flights and to delay 304 flights in the country.

The main carrier as Jetstar Pacific, Vietnam Airlines and Vietjet Air had a large number of delayed and cancelled flights. Some of the duty free shops the Vietnamese airports were also forced to close.

As the head of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam, Lai Xuan Thanh said, that thick clouds are causing difficulties for planes to land and the airlines should take care of passengers who have suffered due to the cancellation or postponement of flights.

More than others because of the fogs were affected Vinh Airport in Nghe An Province and Cai Bi Airport in Hai Phong.
