MAI and MAS extend a flight schedule due to code share agreement

On 15 February this year Myanmar Airways International (MAI) will
operate new Kuala Lumpur-Yangon-Kuala Lumpur route carrying Malaysia
Airlines
(MAS) flight code.

On 15 February this year Myanmar Airways International (MAI) will operate new Kuala Lumpur-Yangon-Kuala Lumpur route carrying Malaysia Airlines (MAS) flight code. It’s a result of a new code share agreement between two airlines.

The cooperation with Malaysia Airlines lets Myanmar Airways to flight to Singapore, Langkawi, Penang and Bangkok. On these flights MAS will carry MAI flight code.

The cooperation of Malaysia and Myanmar is a part of the Asean open skies policy.
