Philippines Airlines have made a big step forward. In 2014 year according to the decision of Philippines's civil aviation authority the using of mobile phones and laptops will be allowed during the flights. It does not apply to the pre-flight time, when the aircraft is refuelling. In the aircraft passengers will be able to use internet, voice communications, short-based-messaging service and others.

Despite the launch of the new service, there are concerns that abundance of electronic devices might displease some passengers. By the way European Union and United States also plans to relax restrictions on the use of mobile phones and laptops during the flight.
