Myanmar is going to renovate the main railway

The government of Myanmar plans to upgrade the main rail line from Rangoon to Myitkyina in the Kachin State.

The government of Myanmar plans to upgrade the main rail line from Rangoon to Myitkyina in the Kachin State. The Authorities are also going to build one more section to cut the railway from Rangoon to Mandalay, which will be linked with the line Mandalay - Myitkyina.

Now Myanmar seeks for investors in South Korea and asks for support of Asian Development Bank. The upgrade of the main railway of the Myanmar now is just an idea, the project’ plan is under development.
