The new Cambodian airline Apsara International Air, co-owned by Chinese and Cambodian investors, have to postpone its launch which was planned for this month because of operating certificate and traffic rights for the inaugural service’ lack.
The Apsara International Air plans to operate charter flights from Phnom Penh to 15 popular destinations in China, but it will be possible only at the first quarter of the new year, when all documents will be ready. The Government of Cambodia has already approved the new airline.
