To save passengers time and to remove the load from staff Vietnam Airlines installed automated check-in kiosks at Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi.

To save passengers time and to remove the load from staff Vietnam Airlines installed automated check-in kiosks at Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi. They should reduce check-in time up in the two minutes.

You can find Vietnam Airlines’s automated check-in on the second floor of T1 terminal. According to statistics automated check-in kiosks are popular among individual business travelers and young generation. Elderly travellers and passengers with children contrariwise prefer manual check-in.

The national Vietnamese carrier also plans to install kiosks at the other airports of the country.
